**Contact Information:** Please provide your name, phone number, and email address so I can reach out to you regarding your inspection appointment and any necessary updates.

**Property Details:** Share the address of the property you'd like me to inspect. If it's part of a larger complex or has any specific access requirements, please include those details as well.

**Preferred Date and Time:** Typically I offer inspection times at 9:30am and 2:00pm. Let me know your preferred date and time for the inspection. I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule, and I'll offer alternatives if your first choice is unavailable. Locations an hour or more outside of Brockville will require a start time no earlier than 10:30am.
